Bernardo Andrews has been General Manager of Genneia since April 2021. He joined the company in 2016 and until his appointment, he held the position of Director of Administration and Finance, a role that made him a clear benchmark in the energy sector on issues such as financing, Project Finance and development of renewable energies in Argentina.

He is 49 years old, has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's degree in Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella University. Throughout his professional career, he has held positions as CFO at Corporación América and previously, for 11 years, he developed his career at GDFSuez (currently Engie) as Portfolio Manager, Financial Director, Regional CFO and Regional Head of Corporate Finance.

Gonzalo Berra has been Human Capital Director at Genneia since July 2022. Graduated in Industrial Relations from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), he has a long history in the field of human resources.

As part of his professional career, he was the Human Resources Manager of the Fate Group Aluar, Global Manager of Human Resources at Grupo Cartellone and had a long journey at Tenaris, a company in which he led the areas of Labor Relations (Tenaris Argentina), Compensation and Benefits (Tenaris Cono Sur) and Human Resources (Tenaris Andina and Brazil).

Gustavo Castagnino has been Genneia's Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability since August 2019. In addition to leading external communications, public affairs and the company's sustainability strategy, Castagnino is Genneia's ambassador in different chambers and associations such as the Argentine Wind Chamber ( where he holds the vice presidency), the UIA, AmCham, the Argentine Chapter of the World Energy Council, AGEERA, the German Chamber, and the Puerto Madryn Chamber of Industry, among others, forming part of several of its committees.

Previously, he worked for 14 years at Mercedes-Benz Argentina, where he served as Director of Institutional Relations, and previously, in the public sector, both at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Economy of the Nation. He has a degree in International Relations from the Universidad del Salvador and completed postgraduate studies at the Universidad Austral, IAE and Digital House.

Mr. Iannaccio has a long experience in the Power Generation Industry. His current role at Genneia is Director of Operations and Maintenance. He started back in 1995 at Central Costanera (2350 MW Thermal Power Plant at Buenos Aires) and developed his career in different technical roles from Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Projects. Within the Endesa (and later Enel) groups acted as Plant Manager in Costanera from 2014 to 2017 and Termoeléctrica Manuel Belgrano S.A. (850 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant at Campana, Buenos Aires) from 2018 to 2021.

His last role within the Enel Group was Central Costanera S.A. General Manager up to 2023 when the Company was sold to Central Puerto S.A. Later with Central Puerto he continued his career as Project Manager in New Thermal Capacity at Costanera Plant. He graduated from Universidad de Morón as Electromechanical Engineer in 1997 and later got and Executive MBA at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (Chile).

Patricio Neffa has been Director of Innovation and Development at Genneia since November 2020. Since joining the company in 2013, he has held different key positions: as Director of Operations, he was in charge of the operation and maintenance of all the generation centers of the company; and as Project Director he led the construction and commissioning of more than 14 renewable centers. He also worked in the areas of IT and Quality, among others.

Previously, he held management positions in multinational companies (Renault, Nissan, IBM;) and in different countries (France, Russia, Brazil and Argentina). He is an Aeronautical Engineer, from the National University of La Plata; and Master in Project Management, from the Université Paris IX Dauphine (France). Also associated with the ITBA for the Master's Degree in Energy and Environment (in collaboration with KIT-Germany) and for the UTN in the Master's Degree in Renewable Energies.

Carlos Palazón has been Genneia's Director of Administration and Finance since May 2021, a role he assumed after serving on the company's Board of Directors for several years.

His performance as an advisor in the PointState Argentum investment fund stands out in his career. He was also Portfolio Manager at the investment group Consultatio Asset Management Argentina, and founding partner of the investment fund CIMA Investment. He has a degree in Economics from the Argentine Catholic University and a Master's in Finance from the CEMA University. In addition, he is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Since July 2022, Francisco Pelayo Álvarez has been Projects & Genneia Director operations. He is an Industrial Technical Engineer graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid). He has more than 15 years of experience in the energy sector, developed in the construction of generation and transmission projects, as well as in conventional, wind and solar operations.

As part of his professional career, he was a Project Engineer at Isolux Corsan, working in different positions in Colombia and Argentina for EPC Projects, reaching the position of Purchasing and Subcontract Engineer.

Later, he worked for Acciona (Mexico), holding the position of Director of Operations for renewable and conventional energy projects. In 2021, he served as VP of Engineering and Generation at Engie (Mexico). He recently held the position of Project Director at Nordex for South America.
