Genneia, the leader in providing renewable energy, produced 1807 MWh in a single day, 11 last August, which was established in record generating clean energy for a day at the Wind Farm Rawson (PER). Built near the city chubutense same name by Genneia, the PER reached 97.3% capacity factor, remaining virtually the full capacity throughout the day on Monday 11 August last. This significant result came with a daily average wind 13.7 meters per second. It was the first time the PER reached a generation of over 1,800 MWh in a day. If taken into account that each household consumption for 24 hours is 8.21 KWh, we can say that these 1807 MWh produced by wind power fed Genneia 220,097 households in Argentina during the 11 August. Throughout this month, produced 22,314 MWh PER leads and in the YTD, total production is 184,110 MWh. Production projected for the PER for 2014 is 300,000 MWh about energy that can supply the permanent consumption of 100,000 households. The annual production of the PER represents 48.33 percent of wind energy generated in our country. Throughout their operational history, it exceeded 1,700 MWh PER seven times a day, and once the 1.800MWh day: Date MWh PER 11/05/2012 1,746 05/06/2012 1,739 27/08/2012 1,767 07/12/2012 1,759 08/12/2012 1,750 10/04/2014 1,706 03/08/2014 1,744 11/08/2014 1,807 About Rawson Wind Park Genneia developed by the Rawson Wind park comprises 43 Vestas V90 1.8 MW each, totaling a total power of 80 MW. GENREN framed in the program, obtained its business license by the Management Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (CAMMESA) in January 2012. Genneia SA is a leader in providing energy solutions based on the use of latest technologies in thermal equipment; in turn, is the main investor in renewable energy projects in Argentina. It has 240 employees.
