Genneia reports that in compliance with the agreement with the Province of the Chubut held on May 28 last before the High Court of Justice of the Chubut ( "STJ"), on the date delivered to the Province power stations Río Mayo and Gobernador Costa . In accordance with the terms of the agreement, Genneia continue temporarily operate these plants with their staff for and on behalf of the Province, at the expense of the latter and subject to the instructions of the General Directorate of Public Services, for a period of 90 days or until the provincial legislature approved the incorporation into the Province of the staff of both stations, whichever comes first. We would note that Genneia is completing the obligations assumed before the High Court of Justice of the Chubut performing the committed maintenance and paying the operating costs of both plants (excluding payments for purchase of natural gas by the Province). Unfortunately compensation payments that the Province had to make have been made and partially outside the agreed deadlines, meeting the Province once again in default. It is recalled that eight years (2011) ago, the Province of Chubut failed to meet its payment obligations towards Genneia, and after six years of claims in August 2017, Genneia terminated the contract that bound her to the Province, intimating to Province of receiving plants. Over the past eight years, Genneia took over this situation under its exclusive prejudice, kept the service, jobs and the will to reach a solution through agreements and consensus. It is expected that delivery to the Province of Central completed on the date, constitutes a principle of solution to the dispute in question.
