As part of the plan of protection and care of native fauna in the Wind Farm Rawson carry out the rescue of three copies baby of the species Tyto Alba, commonly known as "white owl" or "barn owl". The discovery of the birds came as a team of collaborators effected cleaning duties in water tanks where they found a nest with three young. After analyzing the situation internally contacted a specialist biologist Gonzalo Herrera so that through his speech, the nestlings could be relocated in another environment ecologically similar and thus ensure sufficient resources for their survival. After evaluating different hypotheses was decided to build a nest with own recyclable material the park and placed in a nearby safe area to the original nest. Once located, the expert proceeded to the transfer of animals. To ensure that the adult specimens found their young a camera was installed with motion sensor and soon it was found that small birds continued their natural feeding and growing. This method of conservation and wildlife care is part of the commitment we made in every place where we build our wind farms. And condition of our work, respect the guidelines on how to proceed to conserve and protect local biodiversity. In the words of one of our technicians: "We could dedicate ourselves to sustainable development without addressing responsibly what nature offers us" Silvio Navarro said after the rescue.
