To commemorate the Day of Patagonia Argentina - region that nourishes us with its wind resource and we can move towards the development of our projects, renewable energy generation - on October 11 last participated in the 3rd edition of the Festival Patagonia Eco Film 2019 held in the city of Puerto Madryn

The central activity was the screening of a selection films (films and short) of different parts of the world inspired and rewarded for the contribution of their subjects to improve the environment. It was an interactive meeting where citizens, including many young people from schools in the city, they could discuss their concerns and what we can do to change the environment where we live and where future generations will live.
Why in Genneia decided to accompany this project? Because we believe that as a company, our business and values oriented to leave a more sustainable world where to stay, we have an even greater commitment, the supreme component: to contribute to be agents of positive change that for the world we want to bequeath.
What else did we do? To reaffirm our commitment to the communities where we build and operate our decided windfarms replicate the experience of the Patagonia Eco Film 2019 in the cities of Villalonga in the province of Buenos Aires and Pomona, Black River, through two special editions of the festival. Encounters left many concerns but also a certainty: if we do not care now where we live, what other likely we are to survive as a human species on the planet?
