Genneia delivered a greenhouse for growing food to the inhabitants of the neighborhood Pujol

Being sustainable is much more than develop our businesses in harmony with what surrounds us. It is also committed to the quality of life for all, as members of a community. Shortly after beginning the year, this pillar of our social policy was reaffirmed with a new expression: Genneia provided a productive greenhouse intended for reemployment of people on the street, located in the neighborhood of Pujol at Puerto Madryn.
The initiative was carried forward by the Municipality of Puerto Madryn, in the context of the Restart of the local Ministry of Community Development, focused on rebinding vulnerable sectors of the community. The greenhouse will serve a dual function: to be a place of employment integration for people who are homeless and also an infrastructure for the production of a wide variety of foods that can be consumed by the inhabitants of the neighborhood themselves.
The greenhouse was inaugurated on January 21 in a celebration that was attended by local authorities, including the mayor of Puerto Madryn, Gustavo Sastre; and Javier Gort, Head of Institutional Relations Genneia South Zone. "They were all very grateful. We integrate people from the neighborhood, and they feel they can change something to improve their reality, "said the representative of our company about this new contribution of value to the community.
