For the seventh consecutive year, Genneia opens doors to young relatives or acquaintances of their employees so they can take their first steps in the workplace. The Summer Internship Program proposes to boys and girls live the experience of taking responsibility, internalizing processes and work habits, and learn the values and culture of our organization. All in a context of care and restraint by their tutors and teammates.
The six practitioners 2020 edition of the program are already attending Monday through Friday at Genneia offices in Olivos (Buenos Aires province). Each practitioner has to meet certain targets within a work area of the company and has the guidance and monitoring of a guardian appointed to accompany him on his way through Genneia.
